Hello friends,
My name is jivan. I am a story
writer from Chennai city so far I wrote ten fictions and short novels in all genres.
Family fiction, love story, action thriller, political thriller, horror fiction,
science fiction, lesbian love story, pornographic literature and also about a
new religion called universal love from an atheist point of view.
I will talk to you about creativity,
how to write fictions, how to publish your manuscript and also about creative
director.
Creativity.
There is so much hype created
about creativity. While some of us like to showcase our creativity or talent
others like to ignore and get on with life. Some of them discovered their
creativity by accident! General perception is that creative people are born or
it is a god’s gift. There are child prodigies. They are blessed with god’s gift.
At tender age they do amazing things like painting, drawing, singing, playing
musical instruments, writing or born with high IQ. They are one in a million. Let’s
talk about people like you and me.
We all are creative people. If
you use your creativity you will find more and more ideas keep coming. If are not
using your creativity it is still there
but nobody will comes to know of it. For creativity you use your imagination, visualization,
knowledge and experience from life.
In the beginning everybody use
creativity as hobby. Only those who are passionate about their creativity will become
professional. You can develop your hobby into business if you work hard with
dedication and perseverance. Creativity
needs exposure. Use social media to showcase your talent or creativity. People’s
expectations are very high even if they don’t have creativity. Not everyone
will love your creation but there are people who encourage you to improve upon
your work like article or fictions. There are typo or grammar mistakes. Take constructive
criticism with pinch of salt. Those people are not criticizing your work but
only asking you to improve the quality of your work. Next time before you put
on your work on social media make sure that you have properly edited your
article or fictions. You will find more like for your work. Remember once upon
a time every professional was a beginner. They became professional only with
their hard work and dedication. There are so many talented people out there but
not everyone can make out money with their talent. From my experience I tell you,
your creativity alone cannot help you. You should know how to market and sell
your creativity which is not an easy task.
Even if you think you do not
have any creativity, do not despair. There is help at hand. Ask yourself do you
have passion for learning anything new? And if the answer is yes; you have won
half the battle. Nobody can play musical instruments without practice likewise
you have to learn basics. There are local institutes, and then there are groups
on social media for writers, bloggers, screenplay writers etc. Each group will have more than thousands of
members. Any doubts you ask someone will find time to answer your doubts. But before
asking some silly question in a writers group like “how to write fictions?”
check with Google someone had already answered your question. In writers group most of them got their
fictions/ novels published they find
your silly question is not worth answering
coz same question was answered by someone several times .That’s the
reason I said learn basics of writing .
Unleash your Pandora box. Let
people judge you from your work but not by your appearance.
