After the room boys
finish their work I will check with my list but I will not ask them
why they have not done this or that. I will hand over the list to
Srinivasan. He is the one paying salary for them. He should cross check
the list and ask them if they have not finished their tasks? He will not
take responsibility. He can only find faults with me. Every day guest
rooms are supposed to be sweeping, mopping and removing garbage from the
rooms. Here room boys are supposed to sweep, mopping and changing
bed sheets on every third day. Room boys will do it only after guests
complain. Otherwise no service... fuck you…

If I complain to Srinivasan he says that I don't like him. Now Srinivasan is
promoting Venkatesh as if without him no Gopal Nivas lodge. He was twice
kicked out for not doing his duty.

Srinivasan will get the shock of his life. You all know there are
different tariffs for power and light. He asked an electrician to connect
A C, pump motor and other loads on lighting connection and lighting
connection on power lines and ran the lodge for years. From the main E B

for the past 15 years.
Greedy
Srinivasan and his wife appropriated Gopal Nivas lodge. His brother is a
partner. Srinivasan pays him a meager amount of money to keep him out of his
business. As per guideline value Gopal Nivas is worth more than two
hundred million Indian rupees. What he is giving to his brother is
peanuts.
Only he and his
brother are partners for Gopal Nivas. To reduce tax/ save money he added
his wife, sister and his sister in law as sleeping partners without their
knowledge. He forged their signature. Don’t trust me, cross check it.
Once
Srinivasan told me “if it was not my brother as a partner I would have
kicked him out”. Srinivasan talks through his asshole. He doesn't know whom to
talk to and what to talk about.

don't know how to talk to guests. . 30 years I worked as sales cum service
technician for reputed companies. Can I fight with customer and do repair/

Here as lodge manager

I am fighting for his money. No guests will give money for free. Guest should
get their money's worth if not they will fight for it. Some of the guests
even before entering their name into the register tells us about their
conditions like no extra charges for kids and they want one or two hours grace
period. And srinivasan thinks I am

maker. He should be flexible .This is not a star hotel where he can put down

Srinivasan way of
doing business. Single Bathroom attached room charge is RS 600/. He gave
it for a long duration for guests and charged only RS 10,000/ per month.
That means every month he is losing RS 8,000/ pm. If he sells room for RS
600/ per day he can recover RS 10,000 in 17 days. One man is paying RS
8000/ PM for a non attached bathroom. For 450/ per day he can recover RS 8000/
In 18 days. That means he is losing 5,500/ rupees every month. Another man is
staying in a non-attached room for RS 9,000/ pm. Room rent for
a non-attached room is RS 450 per day. That means he can recover RS 9,000/
in 20 days. He has been losing RS 4,500 every month for years. That man is
keeping three months due. He will never ever pay three months due. In his
own lodge he cannot collect rent and he talks about business. His
business, his choice. If you tell me WFT is my problem. I have no problem. The
fact is that his father built Gopal Nivas lodge. Even if he gets Rs 10 it
is a gain for him.
Now listen to his
stupid justification. We can give a salary for three workers from their rent.
He will not admit his stupidity. For Attached bathrooms there are any number of
people in Chennai willing to take a room on a monthly basis for Rs
10,000/.
With his ill gotten
money he amassed land and property across Chennai City. E D will take care
of his property. For tax evasion I T department will do their work. Think of
the number of trumpet / blow jobs Srinivasan will end up performing to save some
money. Now neither he nor his wife can laugh at me like maniacs.
Even after reading this article if you think like Srinivasan that jivan should have been kicked out long ago…. My answer is still the same. I would have legally sodomized him more than 15 years ago
